BEAUTY THROUGH HISTORY

Throughout  history people have always been interested in beauty, and this is increasing day by day. Everything has become easier and interests are more accessible in today’s world. In every part of daily life technology is advancing, and because of the development of the technology media has become important in our lives.  We can see every new  event in a newspaper, magazine or on a television channel, and even in our cellphones,  which is why we can learn about everything  quickly.  

For example,  we can learn how much plastic surgery  costs , what celebrities are doing, which sport is appropriate to us and more. This easy access to every kind  of   information makes people more interested in beauty issues than in the past because televisions are more widely used, and magazines are not only printed but also they can be read online so media is the first and most important reason behind this increase.  Seeing  celebrities with all that make up and probably those dresses on the cover of some magazines or in a tv show and also seeing how they are appreciated,  people want to be like them and  they  also  want to be loved.  

The  second reason for this interest is the desire to be admired by the opposite sex. Because in the past many people couldn’t choose their lovers  or husbands, but now more people can choose their partner and they want to charm their lovers with beauty tricks.  Since ancient times, people always tried some techniques in pursuit of becoming more beautiful, and these things were not easy because they might require strength or people might have to be patient to see results.  The concept of beauty has changed over  the  years,  and  people have kept up with this,  even some have become obsessed with appearance.  

As a third reason,  self confidence is more important  today in the business world.  People try to look beautiful, good or suitable for their business so their interest in beauty increases as well,  and they feel more confident, and they may want to flaunt this to other people.  Reasons behind this beauty interest  always change, but it seems this interest will continue to grow.
