I have had so many lovely teachers since I started school, that's why I think that I am a lucky student.
Being a teacher requires losts of things like patience, responsibility, showing love, and maybe being a guide for students. It is always said that teaching is a sacred profession, and that is true. Now I celebrate all the teachers TEACHERS DAY!!

 We have learned a lot of things from you as students, and we will be always need you, precious teachers!

My Reflection

This article is about ten most deadly unnatural disasters. I searched these disasters for  my  friend’s homework and I learned a lot of things that I didn’t know before.  They were explosions, fires,  and mining accidents. All of these disasters occured as a result of man-made mistakes,  and they had irreversible places in history. As I understand during the World War 2 countries and people did terrible things without  thinking  humanity, and  just  for  their  benefits.  There was so much information with numbers so this makes article a little hard, but with these datas  we can understand how important these events and how their result are horrible  because their death rates  are  so  high.  I think  the most interesting one is  Church of Company Fire because people had panic  in fire that’s  why  more  people  died.  Even today  disasters as big as these  can occur  around  the  world, so  people should be more careful and  cautios  and additionaly  in the event of such things   countries should be more  helpful to one another.

IDENTIFYING COMPLEX AND COMPOUND-COMPLEX SENTENCES

Yes, I am here with another super-fun homework!

As you will understand, last week we learnt sentence structure. I found it hard to recognize but I will try.
Now I will write which sentence is complex or complex compound in the exercise 7
I'm not sure about the answers but

1. Energy conversation has become extremely important because millions of energy-consuming devices are in use everyday. (complex)

2. When builders construct new homes, they should install solar panels and other passive solar devices and as many energy-saving appliances as possible. (complex)

3. Although energy-efficient appliances cost more, their use result in long-term savings for the owner, and the environment benefits, too. (compound-complex)

4. Because legislators have enacted certain laws, all new cars must be energy efficient. (complex)

5. When cars use less gas, the air is cleaner, and people may have less trouble breathing. (compound-complex)

6. Though sulfur pollution is a threat to human health, it also damages lakes, wildlife, and buildings. (complex)

7. Although water power can generate electricity, hydroelectric dams may cause floods on farmland, in forests, and in wildlife areas. (complex)

8. We must always find ways of producing more goods, but at the same time we must reduce the amount of energy that we consume in producing those goods. (compound-complex)

9. Conservation and solar power are the keys to a safe future, so we must cautiously use the devices that cool, heat, and transport us. (complex)

10. Because our natural resources clearly cannot last forever, we must find better ways of conserving them. (complex)
